PAST ELECTIONS:

6TH GRADE:

When Henry was in 6th grade, he ran for student council secretary. He soon lost this election, but only by a near 50 votes. Because he liked campaigning so much, he decided to run for student council 6B team representative. Due to a lack of votes he got 4th place, but that still allowed him to be part of the student council as a team representative alternate. He worked extremely hard and made many connections within the school.

7TH GRADE:

Henry tried once again to get elected for the student council as a fundraising coordinator. He tried even harder during campaign week, and his hard work paid off when he got 2nd place! The teachers that are the head of the student council decided to create a dual space for Henry and Colin Gray. They then became co-fundraising coordinators. They soon became great friends.

8TH GRADE:

Henry tried one last time to get on student council as student council vice president. He tried many tactics, like going eco-friendly and creating TONS of neon colored flyers. He efforts were endless, but in the end the school spoke, and I came in 2nd. He was not as lucky this time though with the teachers. He has decided he will not become a team representative, as the school clearly thinks he is not the best representative for the student body. He will become a peer leader.
